This innovative treatment has been developed to meet the high demands for surface protection of aluminum. It involves the application of an organic deposit, also known as TOP COAT. This coating provides excellent performance in terms of aesthetic stability, chemical resistance, lubrication, and color customization, while maintaining optimal coating thicknesses suitable for small components and threaded areas.
Zincoplating applies TOP COATS using both spray and dip-spin techniques. The dip-spin application is performed with an advanced planetary centrifuge system, ensuring better distribution of the top coat, efficient evacuation of hollow sections, and uniform coverage on threaded areas. The TOP COAT products used are completely free from toxic or harmful substances.
