TREATMENTS BASED ON ZINC NICKEL

Alkaline ductile zinc-nickel treatment is an innovative cyanide-free process studied for the application of a Zn/Ni 12 ÷15% alloy with characteristics of particular ductility and high resistance to corrosion. The deposit is uniform and semi-gloss, with a very fine crystalline structure. The ductile zinc-nickel variant was created specifically for the need of even higher ductility, so this type of deposit permits the retention of corrosion resistance, even after bending or deformation of the coated parts.

Galvanic systems of last generation

The procedure is carried out with the use of computerised systems, in both static and barrel rotary processing. Zincoplating carries out processing capable of obtaining metals with excellent anti-corrosion characteristics, resistant to high temperature, ductile and free from hydrogen embrittlement.

Cyanide-free treatments

Metals subjected to zinc-nickel treatment are particularly receptive to passivation procedures with or without chromium, although there exists the possibility of avoiding this step by suitably sealing the metal with specific organic sealants. Through the use of advanced technologies, Zincoplating treats metals without using cyanide and hexavalent chromium. Based in the province of Turin, the company is a leader in Italy in the sector of zinc-nickel treatment, collaborating with prestigious companies that operate across a broad spectrum, from the boating to automotive sectors.
